[Click] VLAN example?

Hi all

My friends and I are trying to program a virtual LAN
using click. 

There are two sides in VLAN:
- The first side consists of application 1 and click
program 1
- The second side consists of application 2 and click
program 2

- Application 1 send a packet A to an IP address on
VLAN
- click program 1 get packet A and translate the
virtual IP to global IP; then transfer it across the
internet to the second side
-  The click program 2 decode the packet, and send it
to the application 2

Does anybody have an example of VLAN?
