[Click] issue with test-tap

hi,
I am running click on my rh 7.3 with kernel version 2.6.0-test2.
I first recompile the kernel with kernel  tap opinion enable
After I did
.configure
make install

and
click conf/test-tap.conf

There is a error msg telling me that the
"IP head is wrong version"
Any idea?
