[Click] MODULE_LICENCE

Hi,

when I try to load an own written package into the kernel I get the warning
that the module will taint the kernel. I think I have to declare :
MODULE_LICENCE("GPL");
the only problem is I don't know where. If I add this to the *.hh file it
returns "ANSI c++ forbids declaration 'MODULE_LICENCE' with no type" when
making.
How can I solve this?
