[Click] IPClassifier live reconfiguration

Hi Eddie,

I am a graduate student at Dartmouth College. I am working on some QOS
for VoIP.

I attempted to modify the code in ipclassifier.(hh/cc) so that it
would be live reconfigurable. Basically naively changing the
can_live_reconfigurable function so that it returns true.

This does not work. The IPClassifier continues to work unchanged even
after loading a different string into /click/ip/config. However if I
run "cat /click/ip/config", it shows the new string.

Is live reconfiguration for IPClassifier at all possible?
