[Click] Click-1.4?

Hello all,

It seems like we've gotten enough experience with Click-1.4pre1, and 
fixed enough crashes and latency bugs in the new scheduler framework 
and elsewhere (thanks, John Bicket, Doug DeCouto, and Nikitas 
Liogkas!), to justify a new stable release (1.4).  This will be the 
first "stable" release in more than 2 years so it's a reasonably big 
deal.

I'll generate the NEWS update from the ChangeLog, which is the major 
release task.  I won't do a very thorough job on the Grid/wifi 
elements, however, and would appreciate help there.

If anyone has any bug or new functionality they would definitely like 
fixed before 1.4, now is the time to shout.  I'm aware of one 
regression -- the elimination of SortedTaskSched from SMP Click -- and 
will work on that.
