I have the exact sequence of passage at home, however, for the dns alg
you have to edit the elements.conf file in (for me) userlevel directory
you have to insert this line:
elements/ip6/dnsalg.cc "elements/ip6/dnsalg.hh" DNSAlg
and recompile.
