[Click] 802.11 frames in click with Prism2 cards

It might be possible, but the drivers in madwifi.stripped don't support
it on prism cards. If you get a version working, we'd love to use it.

Currently there are a few hooks in the hostap driver in madwifi.stripped 
that record per-packet information like signal, noise, and allow 
you to set the bit-rate on a per packet basis.
