[Click] Kernel Patches for Debian 2.4.26

Hi, It seems that Debian's and Click's kernel patches conflict for
2.4.26.  I took a look at a couple of these problems with John and they
seem pretty minor, such as:

debian:include/linux/spinlock.h:177
#if (__GNUC__ > 2)

kernel.org:include/linux/spinlock.h:177
#if (__GNUC__ > 2 || __GNUC_MINOR__ > 95)

In all 5 patch hunks failed.  Has anyone else seen this problem? I can
try to make a debian-2.4.26-patch if it's worthwhile..
