[Click] Typetools with OpenType fonts

Dear Mr Kohler,

I've been trying your typetools programs 'cfftot1', 'otfinfo' and 
'otftotfm' on my WindowsXP computer. Only the first worked OK. With 
'otfinfo' there is a problem with Windows (or so it seems) as a Windows  
window opens and tells that otfinfo.exe has found a problem and has to 
be closed down. With 'otftotfm', whatever the options I'm using, the 
command shell just hangs up as waiting for something, until I have to 
break the impasse with Ctrl-c.
