[Click] FromDevice - ToDeivce .... FromLinux - ToLinux ?

Good day,

I've recently stumbled accross Click and must admit I'm very excited about what Click offers. I have a quick question, can Click be used to filter/modify packets send to and from the Linux protocol stack? I've noticed a "FromLinux" function in the documentation, but not much information were presented. In example to configure Click to provide transparent proxy to squid running on the same box ?
