Hi Jerry,

You're right that something has changed: the order in which elements are 
statically initialized.  This will take a day or so to fix, then we'll release 
1.4.1.  If you want to fix the issue now, include a CheckIPHeader in your 
configuration as the first group of elements:  Idle -> CheckIPHeader -> Idle; 
This will initialize CheckIPHeader so that "CheckIPHeader.BADSRC_OLD" exists.
