[Click] OutputChooser

Hello Douglas S. J. De Couto,

Thank you for the suggestion. I've tried to replace my 'OutputChooser(1)'
by 'Switch(1)' in the click configuration, same problem happened.

BTW, where can I find references for 'ELEMENT_MT_SAFE()' in the end of most
of the .cc files? and what is the purpose for the method Switch::configuration()?
I suppose the configuration has been done by Switch::configure(), isn't it?
