Hi, everyone:
I was trying to compile click-1.3 as a kernel module for RedHat 8.0, but I got
some errors.
I recompile the new kernel as follows:
    1)setup the RedHat 8.0
2)download the linux kernel 2.4.18 and link it to the linux-2.4
    3)download the click-1.3
4)patch the kernel with the linux-2.4.18-patch in the source of the
click-1.3
    5)make xconfig
    6)edit the /linux/makefile and make "EXTRAVERSION=click"
    7)make dep

When "make dep", the error appeared:

make[4]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux/drivers/block'
make[4]: *** No rule to make target `DAC960.c', needed by
`/usr/src/linux/include/linux/modules/DAC960.ver'. Stop.
make[4]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/drivers/block'
make[3]: *** [_sfdep_block] Error 2
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/drivers'
make[2]: *** [fastdep] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/drivers'
make[1]: *** [_sfdep_drivers] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux'
make: *** [dep-files] Error 2

I wonder how to eliminate the error.
Thank you.
