[Click] question

Hi, my name's agostino, I've got a problem:
I'm using click-1.2.4, but the following error occurs:

" conf/dsr-router.click:4: While initializing 'ktap :: kernelTap':
could not allocate a /dev/tap* device: No such device (errno: 19)
router could not be initialized! "

Could you help me to solve this problem?
I use a Slackware 9.0
