[Click] ..use cpu 100%

I looked the ChangeLog. The last modification is 7-17-2003.
I checked out the newest Click from the CVS last night. The CPU
is also 100%. The configuration file is in the previous mail.

For a long time, I thought this was the design feature of Click. 

I use  the Redhat 9.0. But I think it has nothing to do with which
Linux distribution I used.

I don't know how to debug this.
