[Click] ..use cpu 100%

Actually I see the same phenomenon as Jiangbo. As reported by "top", 
kclick takes 99.9% of CPU even if there's no traffic through it. I'm 
using Click 1.3 (FromDevice) in a 2.4.21 kernel.
