FromDevice and get packet from linux

Dear all,

I use the uselevel of click
1)
Is that FromDevice and ToDevice can be directly used
for wireless interface by giving the name of the
wireless interface?

2)
I do not know well about linux. I woule like to
implement an element which needs to trace every packet
sent from the pc itself to other PCs. Then what should
I do, I should use socket or pcap?
