Problems with delayshaper : urgent help needed

Hi,

I have click configuration like this:

ss::StrideSched(100)

PollDevice(eth1,true)
->c0::Classifier (6/0008a3ecb6c2 14/0c99%0fff,-)

c0[0]
->Strip(12)
->Queue(100)
->DelayShaper(0.01)
->MacEncap(00:02:B3:BF:26:DB,00:0a:41:f4:60:c2)
->[0]ss

c0[1]
->Discard;

ss[0]->ToDevice(eth2);


Now if i use the same interface for transmitting and receiving i get delays
correctly..its always about 10ms .. but when i use eth2 for transmitting delays
change drastically ..
when i ping from one machine to other ...i see delays

etc..it alternates between the correct value and a very high value..


Could you please help me ...?? why is it behaving like this?
