[Click] probelm with reading output

thanks for the help, it helped us a lot. in this mail i'm sending some more 
details about some attack tools that i've tried unsuccessfully. it would be 
very helpful if you could help us out.
i am using RedHat Linux 7.3 with kernel 2.4.18, which has been patched with the 
patch provided at the click router site.
1. i successfully got packets from mozilla, konqueror, yahoo messenger and the 
xdownloader mass downloader. 
2. i could not get packets from smurf.c and flood.c that i got over the 
Internet. 
a. smurf.c creates raw icmp echo packets, with destination broadcast addresses 
provided to the program through a file. the echo replies go to the specified 
destination addr.
b. both smurf.c and flood.c have been attached as zipped files for your 
reference.
