[Click] what happens if a timer expires and some task is already running ??

Hi!!

I have a doubt about task and timers in an elements. If i have only one task
queue , then only one task can run at a time , is that right ?? Can a timer and
task run in parallel. What happens when a timer expires when a task is running ??
