[Click] Error when config the cvs click

Hi,
I got click/release/one from the cvs server through wincvs. But I failed to config it.
it as followed.
  1. with "iwconfig", I saw the "tap0".
  2. install the libpcap in /usr/src/libpcap
  4. cd /click/release/one
  3. autoconf
But when run ./configure, the error:

# PCAP_INCLUDES=-I/usr/src/pcap PCAP_LIBS=-L/usr/src/pcap\ ./configure --enable-userlevel 
--disable-linuxmodule --enable-grid --enable-analysis

configure: error: cannot run /bin/sh ./config.sub
