[Click] how to test

I compile udpgen.c udpcount.c on kernel 2.4.20 have a lot of error!
when compile them on 2.2.18 then 
insmod udpcount.o have:
udpcount.o: unresolved symbol udpcount_hook
error!
 
I don't know how to compile udpgen on 2.4.20?
 
can you help me ?
