click jiffy trivia

my wireless netowrk crashed last month!  why?  the click jiffy counter
(in userlevel) wrapped around, and my code doesn't like that.  how
often does that happen?

CLICK_HZ = 100

so,

2^32 jiffies = 4294967296 per cycle
(2^32 / 100) / (3600 * 24 * 365) = 1.36192519533231861998 years

the jiffy counter wraps about every 1.4 years.  well, i guess now i
have a good deadline for graduation....
