Description of Click for IEEE Network magazine

Hello,

As you probably know, since one year, IEEE Network Magazine publishes a regular
column with short descriptions of software tools that are useful for networking
research. This column allows tool authors to announce their tools to all readers
of the magazine and has provided useful feedback to authors. Click would probably
be a useful tool to be described in this column.
