click_gettimeofday

Hi, 
I've realized a click element.
It use the function "click_gettimeofday".
I'd like to know how "click_gettimeofday" is accurately.
Infact, this fuction return a timeval struct with tv_sec and tv_usec. How
much tv_usec is real?
It is very important for my project and my measure.
