The fake IP router doesn't actually "run". It's a test configuration that
sends 600,000 constructed packets through a router. It runs entirely at
user level without communicating with the network.

After 'make install', you can run it with this command:

    % click fake-iprouter.click

See README for more information ("Running a Click Router").

You might also be interested in conf/make-ip-conf.pl, which constructs a
live IP routing configuration.
