make-ip-conf.pl fix

Hi,

In order to make the automatic configuration work (generated by the script
click/conf/make-ip-conf.pl), I had to make the following changes to
it. 'IP dest address' annotation was not being set properly. I was wondering 
if someone else also has had the same problem or its something specific to
our setup. If its a common problem, its fix could save users an hour or
two.
