[click] click-mkmindriver arguments, bug?

if you specify the --align or --elements args to click-mkmindriver, it
will not read a routerfile from the stdin unless one is specifically
specified via ``--file -''.  i suppose this is so you can create a
click driver with exactly the elements you specify, and not hang
waiting for stdin.  

perhaps the man page could specify this interaction?
