Yes, the Intel e1000 driver, for Linux. Later versions of FreeBSD have
polling built in for any card, but Click's FreeBSD support is not quite
stable yet.

It is difficult, but not impossible. Oftentimes you just factor out the
receive handling code, leaving out the code to turn the card's interrupts
back on. Benjie and/or Robert may have more tips on this.
