RTT calculations

My router listens on two interfaces. (one for data packetsa and one for
the control packets)

I am using Polling on one of the interfaces (the data packet interface).

The interface card where I am polling is eepro100.
The other card(where I use From Device) is the 3Com one. 

My machines just have Linux installed so I haven't tested the RTT
variability with other Oss.

Do you need any more info? Please let me know.
