Hi all,

Is there any way by which I can find out the exact time when a packet is

sent out from a machine?  The timestamp annotations do allow to find out
when a packet is received, but there is no such thing when a packet is
sent out.

I need this information to calculate the exact (or at least close to
exact:) Round Trip Time of packets.
