skput - kernel panic

Hi,

 On using the click for a while i m getting
 
 kernel panic : skput:over : c80b6a85 : 1580 put:1514
\
                                      dev:eth0
 
 It is written in ChangeLog that this bug was
 fixed on 2nd Dec 2001. I m using the cvs version of 
 7th Jan 2002.

 Is this because of the problem in my element that 
 i m running. I using only the Packet class for
 all packet management.
