click-align question

Suppose a click element has two inputs and two outputs, and that the
flow_code is xy/xz.  Then is there any way right now to express
alignmentinfo about each individual input and output?  I.e., how to
express that input 0, output 0 is a shifter aligner with shift index 5, z
generates packets with such-and-such alignment, and x expects packets with
such-and-such alignment?
