[bug / clueless user] man page nitlet on OpenBSD

OpenSD man pages are funky.

on new-york (openbsd 2.9), i configured and made install-man from latest 
cvs.  the ``click'' manpage is fine, element man pages are not properly 
formatted.  i think this is an outstanding bug i already reported.

on grid-12-wired (also openbsd-2.9), the click manpage works fine, as on 
ny, but element manpages aren't even found.
