problem with arp-request

it looks as if your packets are somehow not aligned right.  where is
the 220.61.214.194 coming from?  i have seen similar symptoms when
using click (userlevel) on an iPaq.  The iPaq's strongarm architecture
flushed out many alignment and padding bugs that i had.  

you might want to look at the raw packet formats to try and find out
where the 220... is comfing from, either by modifying tcpdump source
code or using the click print element.
