Intel EEPro 1000 gigabit card

Hi,

the driver for the EEPro 1000 is not in the linux kernel, but is
separate. In cvs (see webpage how to access it), it is in the
distribution in tools/e1000, but it seems as it has fallen out for the
tarred release.

As a workaround you can check out the code from cvs and take out the
driver.
