Problem with the Anonymous CVS instructions?

Yup, I did a checkout first, and the code's all here and builds and runs
fine.

I notice, though, that the root directory (i.e. the one with AUTHORS, FAQ etc.)
of Click has not CVS directory in it, although the lower level directories (i.e.
tools, userlevel etc.) do.  Their CVS/Root files have the right path.

Do you think that's the issue?
