Hi Brecht,

I've fixed "click-buildtool" so that the "-a/--all" option behaves like you
might expect. It pretends that all requirements are actually available,
except for "false", and any requirements that you specify with
"-x/--unprovide". Thus, if you want a list of all elements except for Grid
elements, you can say "click-buildtool -p PREFIX -a -x grid".
