Click beeps

Hi there,
I'm using linux 2.2.18 with E1000 cards.
After starting the click and loading one of the configurations (around 15
secs to 1 minute),
the machine starts beeping frequently.
I've tried to locate the source of these beeps (which naturally affects the
performance) but wasn't able to reach to the source of the noisy issue.

Any Idea?
