Hi KalaiArul, It sounds like maybe you are compiling with Red Hat Linux 7? You cannot use the normal 'gcc' in this case. You must use 'kgcc'. THe linux 2.2.18 sources should autodetect the presence of 'kgcc', or you can edit the main Makefile to say "CC=kgcc". If this is not your situation, write back. love, ed
