ARPResponder config syntax?

i had lots of trouble getting the ARPResponder syntax figured out.
i.e. the example in the man page and .hh comments (which is exactly
what i wanted to do) did not work -- it was rejected by the
ARPResponder.  i looked at the code but i couldn't quite figure out
exactly how mixing different IP addresses with a single ethernet
address to ARP reply for would work, so i split it into two lines in
the argument.... (as in conf/grid-gateway.cpp)
