configurations for distribution

Any configurations that we distribute need to be listed in the DISTFILES
section of 'Makefile.in'. Right now, we are distributing only the following
files:

	conf/make-ip-conf.pl conf/ip.clickpat \
	conf/fake-iprouter.click \
	conf/test.click conf/test2.click conf/test3.click \
	conf/testdevice.click \
	conf/udpgen.click \

Should we be distributing more? Either tell me, or add them to DISTFILES
yourself.
