Hello,

(1) Our paper is on the PDOS publications page in 3 formats.

(2) I removed Robert's head.

    ... from the web page.

(3) Configuration file change: # is no longer the comment character.
    Instead, C and C++'s //...EOL and /* */ comments work.
    I changed the checked-in configurations, but there are many others
    lying around.

(4) Interface change: configure(), initialize(), uninitialize() used to
    take `Router *' arguments. Not any more.
