Hi.

 

I am developing a thesis concerning a download platform of information,
which will be used to deliver online courses in rural areas of my country.
What's different is that this platform can work under circumstances where
the bandwidth is limited, has cuts sudden and very little bandwidth (10-20
kbps downlink) (in rural areas of Peru internet service is poor), which does
not allow downloading files and videos of large capacity, have to wait many
minutes, even without access. The idea is to solve the problem of access to
information with this platform.

I've been thinking about using the protocol Bit Torrent or Utorrent to
implement this solution, you think that would be the most recommended? that
are free platform could bring about what I develop.
