[chord] Question about building Chord

Dear Sirs:
         I've got a problem with building sfslite-0.8.17. When I run
"configure" in the source directory, I came up with this ----
"config.status: error: cannot find input file: svc/Makefile.in".
         What should I do? Thank you for your help:-)
