[chord] missing Chord "stabilization" theorem

Hi,

I'm looking for a theorem proof that is related to the chord
stabilization in the chord paper. In the TON version
( http://pdos.csail.mit.edu/chord/papers/paper-ton.pdf ), the theorem
is IV.3, which refers the proof to a technical report. The latest
chord TR I can find is here:
http://pdos.csail.mit.edu/chord/papers/chord-tn.ps, where the same
theorem is on page 14, as theorem 4.3. However the proof is still
missing.

I'm wondering if there is another TR or some kind of document that
happens to have the proof. Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks,
