[chord] sfslite-0.8.x build problems

okay that ucred error is not because of a certain gcc version. I was
able to compile it because i was using an earlier version of ubuntu.
It is simply not defined anymore in the sys/socket.h where it once
was... In the sfslite-1.x series they "fixed" that issue by removing
this piece of code. (the comment of one of the developers: /* doesn't
work on new linuxes, just forget it */)
