[chord] chord Digest, Vol 65, Issue 3

Hi

I am a student from BUPT in CHINA.
When i use the chord-0.1 , i find a small bug in the code. When a node drop
for a while and then  startup again , its successor will find it but it wont
print 'stabilize: stable! stabilize timer....' as usual . So if some one
need to use this info ,the code will doesnt work properly.
After looking for the code , i think the problem is when the droped node
start again ,it will notify its successor twice .So the
pred_list::isstable() wont work as nomal.
