[chord] sfs user problems

You need to create an sfs user and sfs group to run sfscd/sfssd.
Perhaps (on Debian), "sudo adduser --system --group sfs".
If not on Debian, consult your distribution's documentation.

You may (or may not) need to recompile SFS after creating this user.
