I don't know if this is old or boring news, but I happened upon a release
announcement for http://wua.la/ , which is apparantly a commercialization of
the "Kangoo" DHT developed at ETH Zurich.  I couldn't track down any Kangoo
papers, they all seem to be internal tech reports.
